I began my investment industry career in 1988 and joined Stifel in 2024. Prior to joining Stifel, I began my career with Calamos Asset Management, an institutional money manager in Oak Brook, Illinois, where I held many responsibilities within various departments, including operations, compliance, and supervisor of managing new accounts. I moved to California in 1996 and began a long career as a financial advisor with Smith Barney.
At Smith Barney, I started off working with an experienced financial advisor who was interested in working with a junior advisor. While I truly enjoyed expanding my knowledge in that role, I knew it was time to spread my wings. I moved to Prudential Securities in 1998 and went through their financial advisor training program as well as two major acquisitions. In 2003, Prudential Securities was acquired by Wachovia Securities, and, in 2008, Wachovia Securities was acquired by Wells Fargo Advisors.
As my clients’ personal financial resource, I am devoted to developing customized wealth and investment strategies tailored to their unique needs and goals. I am committed to providing top-tier client service and attention that my clients expect and deserve. My experience stems from decades of developing and refining my knowledge, skills, and abilities in the financial services industry. My goal is to understand your vision, what you are seeking to accomplish, and ultimately, what is important to you.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, entertaining, cooking, traveling, and working out at the gym (boot camp classes).

I began my financial services career in 2000 and joined Stifel in 2024. I earned B.S. in University of Massachusetts-Amherst and hold Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses. I work with clients to satisfy their administrative account questions and requests and assist Sonja with plan setup and basic client needs as well as preparing for periodic client review meetings.
